Roberto Francischello

Education and training

Roberto Francischello is a Research Fellow at the Department of Translational Research and of New Surgical and Medical Technologies of the Università di Pisa. His research interests are related to nuclear magnetic resonance, inverse problems,  digital signal processing, spectroscopy, low-rank approximation filter, and machine learning.

Work experience

  • 2022- ongoing Research fellow at the Department of Translational Research and of New Surgical and Medical Technologies of the University of Pisa
  • 2020-2021 Physicist technician at Fondazione Toscana Gabriele Monasterio, following the research activity of the project “Myocardial perfusion imaging with cardiovascular magnetic resonance and hyperpolarized contrast media”
  • 2018-2020 Research fellow at the Institute of Clinical Physiology of the Italian National Research Council.
  • 2018-2021 Ph.D. student at the Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry Department of Università di Pisa working on a project named “Development of new experimental and data processing methods at critical signal-to-noise conditions in nuclear magnetic resonance.”
